Impartial Investigations INTEGRAS Civil Rights Consulting, LLC conducts independent, neutral investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct, including matters arising under Title IX and other civil rights laws. Our approach is structured and evidence-based, incorporating strategic planning, interviews of parties and witnesses, and thorough review of relevant documentation. We consider both inculpatory and exculpatory evidence and conduct all investigations in accordance with institutional policy and applicable law. We prepare clear, well-organized reports summarizing allegations, investigative steps, and relevant evidence to support fair and defensible institutional decision-making. Hearing Officer & Adjudication Services INTEGRAS provides independent hearing officer and decision-maker services to support fair and consistent adjudication processes. We administer hearings in accordance with institutional procedures, including Title IX requirements where applicable. Our role includes managing the hearing process, ruling on the relevance of questions and evidence, and ensuring equitable participation. When assigned as decision-maker, we apply the designated standard of evidence and issue written determinations supported by a clear and reasoned analysis. Civil Rights & Title IX Advisory Services We provide advisory support to institutions navigating complex civil rights and Title IX matters. Services include case assessment, procedural guidance, and support in applying institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Our goal is to help clients manage risk, maintain compliance, and respond to matters in a consistent and defensible manner. Policy & Process Development INTEGRAS assists organizations in developing and refining policies and procedures related to discrimination, harassment, and Title IX compliance. We focus on creating clear, practical frameworks that align with current legal standards while supporting efficient implementation and consistent application. Training & Capacity Building We offer targeted training for investigators, decision-makers, and institutional stakeholders. Topics include investigation practices, evidence evaluation, and adjudication procedures.
